Cinema for all
Cinema For All is the national support and development organisation for community-led cinema: community cinemas, film clubs and societies. Since 1946 we have been helping communities across the country to develop and sustain the type of film screenings they want.
Founded in September 2006 by an independent collective dedicated to promoting the highest quality live music, creative arts and club events, the Boileroom has quickly garnered a reputation as one of the South East’s most established and respected independent live music venue; booking an eclectic and varied programme of music and events.
The Boileroom has a national presence as a destination venue, and to date has played host to no less than 10 Mercury Music nominated artists, BBC 2 Folk Award Winners, MOBO Award Winners, Ivor Novello Award Winners, BBC Sound Of Artists, and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees; booking emerging touring acts as well as well-established stalwarts like: Ed Sheeran, Foals, The Bronx, Marmozets, First Aid Kit, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Soweto Kinch, Fairport Convention, David ‘Ram Jam’ Rodigan OBE, to name a few.
SoCiMa Say's Creativity, Open Minds, Culture is for all. We need venues like The Boileroom whom champion the ideas, the dreams, the desire to build a better social community without venues like the aforementioned whom embrace the diversity of culture and the arts were do the people go.
We have teamed up with Guildford Tourist Information Centre (part of Guildford council) whom are very excited about SoCiMa, You’re Social Cinema and our new socialising cinema concept.
They are now our partners in promoting Socialised Cinematics and purchasing of our cinema tickets.
Guildford Art Centre
We are an organisation dedicated to the nurture and promotion of the Arts in the Guildford area. We are a registered charity that draws its membership from both the providers of artistic experiences and those who delight in and support those offerings.
